Hi Kelvin, If you're referring to the Print Case button (ARS 6.3 verbiage) on the helpdesk form itself check this: It calls an active link HPD:HPD-PrintHPDCase01. The only action is an open window action. Go to the Report Information tab and make sure Report Type is set to AR System.
