I am trying to audit creation/deletion of CI Relationships in CMDB.
I set the log type audit for the relevant relationship classes and
configured the Audit form to be CMDB:DefaultAuditLog. I created and
removed CI relationships but nothing was noted in

License Usage' that tracks exactly what Dwayne asked for. It stores who, a
field named 'Group ID' that I haven't figured out exactly what it does yet,
Application Name (type of license...remedy, hd, etc), License Type,
True...the new feature does nothing to tell you who has a fixed that should
have a floating and vis versa

The Group ID probably indicates that a license has been assigned from a
group-dedicated license pool. You can specify the number if Floating
licenses for a group in the Group-form.

My understanding was that with 7.5 you could set the logging (User, Filter,
API, SQL, etc) to go to a form instead of to a file. This was mentioned a few
times at WWRUG09. We're not up on 7.5 yet so I can't check.

Where does the 'Capability List' field get its menu? It is $NULL$ in the
Menu Name field in the Developer Studio. Search does not look for menus, nor
does workflow or server logging show which menu is referenced.

Okay, in ITSM 7.5, there are no ASI: ALs. So, logging wouldn't help.
However, the menu does exist, as does the picklist form, so I added the
values the customer wants and it works.

If you need to flush a cache manually if you change permission, then
it is something wrong with the security model. The permission level
has to be done on the server layer.
In earlier version of AR Server row level access was omited if you
access the server using soap.

Keep in mind that they may have renamed the active links, so you wouldn't
necessarily want to look for this specific active link in your logs. Have you
tried searching your logs for the name or field ID of the field the menu is
being applied to? You should see as a Set Characteristics action

I am able to create an Approver Mapping select the correct categorization,
criteria, set the Phase Name* to Close Down
Well, all I can say is that we're having the same problem. The users have
the right permissions, the Approval Process is configured, the Approval
Mapping references it, but it just doesn't fire. I would love to see a
little help on this, too!
