Doesn't sound like you will be able to because Remedy can't seem to identify that OS properly, but one thing is that if your server is 7.1, you may want ALL of your users to upgrade, not just the Vista folks...so maybe getting your 2003 users to upgrade won't be such a bad thing anyway _
