I don't think it can be done on the user tool level, but you can join

For instance, if your table name is called asset, you could do the

Can you use business time calculations in the run-if line for a filter?
I need to create a filter
Okay, it's too early, and my brain is not yet working.
I have the need to create a URL for my mid-tier that will pull up
tickets matching a search criteria. For this example, we'll use 'Status'
= New
I tried the following:
Oh yes, thanks. I forgot about qual. I tried with the ?, but was leaving
out the qual.
Thanks,

Ahh, but gmail does have the mail goggles feature. Perhaps this new
feature would assist in the prevention of accidental emails being sent
to the list? I know I've sent a few in my career to the list that were
intended to be directed towards individuals.

Of course, I went out to bmcelite.com to see your profile.
Unfortunately, you've not yet set one up. C'mon Joe, stop slacking...

Hi all. Hope everyone is doing fine.
Windows/ARS 6.3/SQL Server
This weekend, we are upgrading hardware on one of our remedy server. I'm
considering applying my DSO license afterwards. I do not have my
mappings set up yet, as my firewall rule isn't in place yet. My question
is, is it okay
and workflow have been created.

** The install and license apply will not cause any issues. The connection to
the other server is not needed until you create a mapping.

It's a bug. I've noticed it too. There's nothing you can do about it
with your current version, and I'm not sure if it is fixed in newer
actions. You could consider adding a field to your form that will
basically replicate Status History.Resolved.user.

Well, I hope someone out there is watching the list tonight.
So, here's the deal, we just upgraded servers, and now my active
directory server quit working.
We kept the same server name, new IP though, and new MAC. I have applied
all licenses successfully.
We are running Windows
, but did the upgrade change your AD timeout
settings?
