I have many contacts with NAV-4, NAV-3, and other Armed Forces Day
stations in my DX4WIN log. Just leave the dash (-) off and log it as
NAV4 and it works FB. Do the same for any other AFD calls with a dash.

If you have changed your preference setting for SKINS (same window as Leave
all windows
in original position option) away from NO SKINS SELECTED that is your
problem in ver. 8.02 or 8.03. If you select any other SKIN setting your
windows size and positions will be messed up the next time you open

while you are performing the QSO checks for the same call. Just put the

I just worked TO3GA. When I entered his call into DX4WIN the country and
prefix boxes were blank.

SSB. AFTER the contest ended I went to DX SUMMIT and discovered VE2XXA/2 was

because I was listening to the VE's to see what zone they were giving

Did I bust their call? I worked CE9/PA3EXX (not CE3) on 11 JAN on SA031 and
on SA097 on 16 JAN. I checked DX SUMMIT and based on the number of posts
both IOTA's were using CE9/PA3EXX. But since the IOTA's are SA- and not AN-
it would seem they on CE soil. The IOTA website shows both SA031 and
Plse correct me if I am wrong but I believe this feature only works for USA
calls, not DX. This is how it works for me. Maybe I am not set up correctly.

The way I look for QSL's I need is to open the DXCC REPORTS window. That
gives me a list of all the DXCC Countries and a breakdown that shows which
band/mode I have worked/sent a QSL and am waiting/or confirmed.
Example, for 3D2, Fuji, I have L in

I second the F3 QSL Mgr window open on startup. I never understood why this
window is treated differently than all other window options. Any other
window can be set to open automatically on startup, the QSL Mgr window
cannot.
I would also like to see the addition of QSL DATE Rcvd block. We

drop down arrow as in the other boxes so it was not obvious to me that when
you click that window you can change the sorting selections. Very neat!!

accomplish what you want to do for DX (non USA) stations is to use F3 to
open the CALLSIGN/MGR LOOKUP window. The address will appear in this window.

Some other very confusing ones are KH2RU (a Guam call) used by a ham living
in Puerto Rico (KP4) and AH2C who used to be very active in Guam now living
in Florida. I used to talk to Leo several times a week in Guam when I was in

Go to FILE in the main window. Click on SAVE AS in the FILE drop down menu.
A new window, SAVE AS will now open. The top window SAVE IN shows where
