Change the current rating to be 12-X A, where X is the current rating at 240V. See Clause 1.7.1 of EN60950. Now you must pick a set of cords that comply with the various sets of voltage and current ratings. A 10A cord will be just fine for the 200-240V portion of the range. Richard Woods
