My guess would be that either 1) You've got some really horrible antivirus program that's breaking your computer, 2) You've got UAC (user access controls) set to the maximum level and it's not allowing anything to install, or 3) Windows is horked. I really don't know how to help you debug it

Hi Jim, I didn't think it would be. Antivirus programs generally do not stop a person from accessing a website. Although, it would help if Keith would post the actual error he gets rather than assuming everyone knows what he is talking about. The error code is important for debugging the problem.

HiWhen ever I try to go to Jim Kitchen's website, I get a forbidden error message. Not sure why this pops up. It happens on my netbook, which is running Windows xp sp 3 and IE 8, though I can access the site on my wife's desktop with Windows xp sp3 and IE 8 as well. Not sure what the issue
