is not a fix but, I'm just curious if doing this will help. I have
encountered times that when I open an email Jaws reads nothing and
unloading / reloading Jaws will stop the issue for the time being,

Just highlight the folder but, do not open it, and press the delete key. Do
the same with a shortcut and confirm that you want to delete if you get a
