Sounds like your email service provider might be moving those messages to
your junk folder, not MailMate. Even so, the MM option to move the message
out of junk should work. Does your email provider have a web interface to
access your mail? Can you login here and move the offending messages out
Even though I have my Default Email Client set to MailMate in General
Prefs, if I have a message open that includes other mail messages as
attachments, when I select Message->Open Attachments, the attached message
opens in Mail.app, not MailMate.
