My use of mnemosyne is now pretty steady consistent but in the early
days there was potentially a bit of corruption as I was trying different
setups. Initially I imported cards from supermemo that I used to run on
my old Palm Tungsten PDA.

BTW, if anyone wants to implement this, the most 'dynamic' card type
implemented at the moment in 2.0 is the one with close deletion. It
starts from a string marked with words to close-delete, and then
dynamically creates one or more cards based on this.

Turns out I remembered it fairly easily and marked

Unfortunately, it seems that there is no such option in my version of
software (1.2.1
If you export your database to xml, there is a time_of_start attribute
a the top of the file, which is a unix timestamp.
In 2.0, you can see the date each card was created in the card
browser, so that gives you similar info as well.
