This plan sounds to me like it will discourage businesses from providing
adequete parking. That's probably an intended consequence, but a terrible
idea. We already have severe parking shortages in many areas, which cause

I'm not a lawyer, but I think some list members are missing the point of
the state law that was referenced yesterday. I believe the intent of the
law is not to restrict political speech, but to provide candidates with
blanket permission to display lawn signs, without violating existing (and
of one passenger as unusual. Authorities searched the
plane and a bomb dog alerted on on plane. The bomb squad found nothing, and the
detained passenger was allowed to go on his or her way.
