By the way, from now on, I use official Diskette Labels - 3.5 (blue,
green, red, yellow) which bend over the edge of the floppy. Now even if

View, the folder options. Click on the View tab and check to see that
the 'allow upper case' is not checked. If its checked, this is the
source of your problem. Uncheck it and the file name case

effectiveness is remove the character (and replace it), click ok etc.
That reinstalls the shortcut key.

Hi Bob ... please answer one question: Did you lose the Sent To option on
right-clicking a file, or did you lose the particular email option within the Send To
sub-menu?
