The error message when starting Window-eyes in Windows10 has now

Thanks, that did the trick. Once in safe mode, I deleted the avast
folder. I also ran msconfig
to uninstall it, it failed of course and asked me if I wanted it

You must have a good licence in order for Office to run out of demo mode.
