SORRY, to post this again, but still at a loss of how to sort this out. I have visited MacFixit, but nothing seems to make any difference. I am now thinking of deleting all printer drivers and then reinstalling the ones I need? Another error message coming up is : Communication error

I had a similar problem with a different brand of computer, a Brother HL-1240. The problem was caused by a strip of foam rubber in the paper feed works which had come slightly adrift. A dab of contact cement fixed the problem. So I suggest to have a look for any strips of foam rubber which have

Help, I am having problems trying to print any documents from any applications. I am running OS 9.1 on Imac DV and my printer is a Canon S800 photo printer. Every time I want to print I have to either re-choose the printer from chooser and if that doesn't work I have to re-start the computer.
