Andrebbe benissimo l'obbligo di dover inserire una motivazione quando si
cancella qualcosa. Questo lo estenderei a tutti, indistintamente. Sarebbe
una modifica da apportare radicalmente ad OSM in modo da obbligare anche le
varie applicazioni di editing ad adattarsi nel più breve tempo possibile.

and official. Only the GRB-decree needs to be edited now before it effectively
is open data. I can unfortunately not give a timing for that.

In effetti intuitivamente è proprio come dici..solo una parte
dell'edificio sovrasta il torrente tipo ponte quindi mi parrebbe che
layer 0 e covered = yes sia proprio quello che lo descrive.
Ma per sistemarlo devo quindi spezzare il torrente?
