API call) then deleting each entry one at at time AND doing a GetEntry
_after_ it did the delete. (And the part that is producing the error

I've never worked with a Blackberry before, but have had a question of if an
interface designed for a blackberry could be done in Remedy.
Does a Blackberry have IE on it? If so, can you just design a smaller, more
condensed view for it? Is it really that simple?

I have seen a similar one to this which was due to the V7 client being
installed over the previous V6 clients. Our solution was to uninstall
all Remedy clients and re-install the V7 clients. Perhaps there is an
old dll or registry entry that is causing the issue?
