does not do so well on graphical images of text characters, and it does
not directly offer the option to OCR those files.

I successfully used it a couple months ago.
There was some kind of screen reader mode that allowed me to authorize
an electronic signature. Things were pretty straight forward from that
point.

I updated my Intel Mac Mini to the latest Monterey this morning. I am
getting that periodic beep-chime and I can't seem to get rid of it.
VO+N tells me no notifications; and on a second press tells me no
announcements.
I'm flummoxed (and annoyed) yet again. Seems like some settings aren't
honored

without accessibility requirements. Are those applications even
available for Macintosh?
