Hi All - I have one user that has changed the sort on a table and needs
to have it reset. He tries to use the Reset button and that works until
he logs out and logs back in. What form is storing the changes he has
made to the table? I can't find a record for him in AR System User
Preferences.

There are no errors in Crystal Reports or the User Tool when I try the report
only on the web. I did try recreating at one point to use the underscores
incase

Hi All - I have been trying to use Migrator 7.6.4 to move some form
changes from my dev server to a qa server (ARS 7.6.4) but it isn't
changing the X, Y, length, width information on the destination server.
Has anyone else see this? Is there a setting I probably have incorrect
in Migrator?
to overlay the field(s) first, then migrate the changes to the field(s).
I found the migrator to be more useful moving custom fields than
customized ones due to its various behaviors.

Hi All - I heard with ITSM 7.6.4 you could have tasks activated at the
Planning In Progress stage but I am not seeing how to do that. If
anyone had an idea where the documentation is I would appreciate it or
any help around configuring and using this feature.

We did something similar with filters on HPD:WorkLog CHG:WorkLog since
this is where that data is stored. We set our up to use the built in
notification processes to notify the whole team or the person assigned
to the ticket as appropriate. very similar to how a normal assignment
notification

If I have this filter enabled
I haven't done a status reason for Incident but I have for Change. Did
you update the SYS:Status Reason Menu Items form? You will have to add
a record there. If you want it to show in the flow bar you will have to
add records to the VIS:ProcessFlowStructureSetup form.
