That message means that Oracle has run out of physical disk space for the
ARTMPSPC tablespace.
You'll need to ALTER TABLESPACE ADD DATAFILE and try the operation again.

Wow... Matt. Thanks for the information! I'm going to have to pass this
along to our network folks. This might also fix our issues with our
load-balancers not being able to track sessions that aren't persistent
with a keep-alive (Remedy.)
Thanks again!

Yea. That file is a little bugger. It's supposed to improve performance.

If I recall, there was a product flash issued which containted the
offending workflow and workaround. It should still be listed on the
documentation section of the support site.

Be careful with the filter version of the workaround: last time we tried
(on Win 7.0.1 p3) perform-action-add-attachment was broken for filters --
but worked in AL's. :-)

Have you tried recompiling those invalid views? I would not recommend
dropping them.
SQL exec dbms_utility.compile_schema(schema = 'schema_name_goes_here');
PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

And not an option if all you have on the server is ITSM7. :-) We even
run with the display property caching set to its lowest level
(Cache-Display-Properties: 0) We haven't raised it due to concerns about
further slowing startup time.

We have never run with the setting any higher in our production

Check the temp files folder. I have seen that some versions of the user
tool fail to clear out the html that is used for the application list --
and the user tool runs out of filename combinations to write to.
