It's not limited to this list.
This happens because of Yahoo's DMARC reject policy for spam prevention
which breaks mailing lists where their messages are relayed.
Google Yahoo DMARC for more instances and information. Or more
appropriately Yahoo it lol.

To clarify, is your issue that people can't download maps bigger than 16mb
because you're trying to serve files from the CSGO server. (I.e. not using
a sv_downloadurl)?
Or is it that the maps are bigger than 150mb uncompressed and clients can't
extract them?

Last time I checked it was a flash file that gets distributed with the map

I'm not sure how the maps/mapname.txt plays a role in this. Does anyone

This is a question I asked early on with workshops.
The gamemodes_servers.txt. right still loads however the mapgroups are not
use when using workshop to define mapgroups.
So any variables you put in there's like maxplayers or executive to
override gamemode_*.cfg still load.

Because you aren't supposed to edit gamemodes.txt because it gets
overwritten on updates.
Rather, you need to use gamemodes_server.txt which overrides values in
gamemodes.txt and will not be overwritten on update.
