I only added how they related to each other, but I'm going to go back
and add the common ancestor(s) as well.
Though I have a hard time stopping myself from looking for additional

I use Census events in marriage area for couples to limit the info I
need to past around. I like to look at the chronology and/or reports
and be able to tell if I've found them on all available census during
there lifetime. If you do not use a Census event, is it not an

As with any conversation is evolves and takes different thought paths
through out. It does make it hard to follow sometimes, especially in
email form. I do think we have just about wrapped this one up though,
so I'll summarize what I think has been said.
It seems that the problems with being able to get back out the
information you enter into Legacy with regard to Addresses vs Location
is not limited to the report generators. After looking through the
archives, I gave the 3rd party tool GedView a test. I found that the

Legacy is somehow associating an individual with a Source Detail via
Id's in some table someplace, right?
The only difference I really see is that Legacy forces a copy of
Source Detail, so that each association has a brand new ID that ties
them together. If you read that info. I pointed to, FTM
Hmm... Seems a bit odd to me, but if that's how it is, you are right,
it would take a new table to make this happen. Would be worth while

After reading over the tagging feature in Legacy, it seems that is
intent is to help assemble groups of people for generating lists
and/or reports. It does mention that the tags could be named if you

The 'Save the Current Book...' option is not working for me. What is
necessary to fix this? The save dialog comes up, asks me to save in
the Legacy - Books folder and saves a 1KB file. No matter what I do,
it's always a 1KB file, and if I choose the 'Load a Saved Book', no
matter which saved
I renamed the 'Books' folder as the first step. Made and saved some
reports. I can retrieve them ok now. I did nothing with the user
files. Thanks for the tips on this.

In some cases, I have the same image attached to multiple individuals
and/or marriages. When I included a scrapbook in a book I'm creating
via the Publishing Center, this causes the same image to be included
multiple times. I do not want this behavior, besides the fact
duplicates make no sense
It's not only the same file name, it's the same file from the same location.
