I want to generate an index for a genealogy book that will include both the maiden names and married names of the wives. I had done this several years ago without any problem. Now, when I choose this option it also puts all the men's names in under their spouses maiden names. How do I

Elmer There isn't a setting that controls this. A single click in the right place will open the dialogue to add a person. A right click will open a menu which includes the ability to add someone. Have you tried closing and opening Legacy and/or closing down your computer and restarting?

Not sure how to word this but in v7 you could put several sources on the clip board then choose which one you wanted to use. In v8 you can put up to 5 sources on the source page but cannot seem to choose between them. I have been working on a family using 3 sources and cross referencing them.
