When I tried to launch my email program (QuickMail Pro), I got a this
application has unexpectedly quit message. I restarted several times and each
time got this behavior.
I've booted back into 9 so I can work (and send email).
Any clues on what might have happened and how to remedy it?

If several computers have lost contact with printers at one time, it's
highly unlikely that batteries are the culprit. If these printers are
on the network (rather than directly connected to each computer), than

On one of our G3 iMacs at work we have a corrupted file that is causing
some problems and I cannot find any way to get rid of it.
Doing a Get Info shows that the file is 833 GB, which would be seem
rather impossible on a computer with a 5 GB hard drive, but that's what
it says. This file

for about 6 months. I just put it in the computer to charge it up and

Verify Disk option and Repair Disk if it reports any errors. Just
