I'm trying to tune the high side of a TXRX WP-652A duplexer. This is the
duplexer where the couplings adjustment is loosening 3 screw on the duplexer
connector and turning the assemble to adjust the reject frequency. I'm
using this on the 220 ham band, 224.84 TX, 223.24 RX.
My starting point
Does anyone know the programming scheme used in the old CW IDer, like the
CSC CWID 51B?
This uses a 32 x 2 Bipolar PROM with the ID programmed into it. I can read
the existing PROM, but can't figure out the scheme they are using. CSC has
been no help.
What's in the PROM is:

I would assume that any winter time servicing of radio equipment/antennas
