Postscript to my previous message: I have got rid of the extra Internet Account. There was only one shared note, I unshared it, deleted the account, re-shared and the extra account did not reappear. It was redundant anyway as it is part of the iCloud Account. It made no difference, Graham’s

Hi Barry Another thing you could try is to turn off WiFi, Bluetooth (and 3G if you have that model). Basically turn off any type of internet connection. (A bit like Airplane mode on the iPhone - I can't remember if it has that feature on the iPad and can't check mine as it's out on demo,...)

I suggest you change the password for the problematic email account at the ISP end, then try sending a test email. You should be prompted to enter the new password for the Mail account on your computer's Keychain. You may also get a prompt for a password to to open the Keychain. Cheers,

A friend with a G5 iMac and Tiger has a Mail problem. No longer does a message in the Inbox display to be read in the window below when it is highlighted. Double clicking opens it in a separate window as normal. I have no model or version numbers to hand. Help please. Severin Crisp
