CalAmp which spun it off to Mir3 who have folded it into their portfolio. The

TelAlert has the ability to tie into a couple of different IM protocols.
We are currently have two GSM modems setup to send messages around the world.
This has eliminated the need to figure out a dial up or Internet gateway for
each of the service providers that we send messages to. Some of
Telamon was purchased by one company that was subsequently purchased by another
company. It is now owned by MIR3.

help desk tickets with the use of a command line tool provided by telalert (if

That being said ARS is running on a Solaris Server in New Jersey and
TelAlert is running on a Windows 2003 Server in Fort Worth.
Filters in Remedy send messages using TelAlert with a command line

way is real simple to set up. Two way is a little harder but I have
some scripts from a TelAlert training that I took that I could send.
TelALert support folks might be able to give you more current scripts.
