Run it with an escalation that sets MM to 13 and have the filter trigger on
modify when MM=”13”.
Then just fix the filter to run on submit with no runif qualification.

I am having the worst time trying to get a bare bones Remedy ARSystem server
installed.
I have admin rights for the user running the setup.exe file. That windows user
also is the db_owner of the ARSystem_test

For fields that can contain a return character I think you need to use a
special field delimiter in the incoming email template.
Tour template would have

Some more text. $$]
The information between [$$ $$] gets submitted to the specified

So far in testing the [ were the key. I had tried the $$ but that didn't work.

Are the Customer*+ and Contact+ the automated user?
Can you set the mail address to a non-functional address?
Or write a filter to mark the notification Sent as soon as it is created for
that specific Customer*+ or Contact+/

So, disabling the outgoing mailbox record in the form should prevent this from
occurring.
Or does the process run inside the ARSystem by looking at the AR System Email
Messages form?

I'm not sure if this helps but if you need the email engine active just disable
it in the AR System Email Mailbox Configuration form.

On Solaris it used to be the MAC address with the delimiters stripped out and
the resulting hexadecimal number converted to decimal.
I think it changed to just the MAC address octet without delimiters around
version 5.

There is a checkbox that says Override?
If it is checked it ignores the stored Qualification.
Uncheck it when you run the report.

I'd suggest adding two fields to your form that will hold the From address and
the phone number.
Then put the #$$FROM$$#variable into the outgoing Notification.
For the #$$Phone$$# variable use a Footer Template.
