We have run into this before with people that load some new
software on their PC and it overwrites a .dll or something that Remedy looks for
when running CRs. Try reloading the user tool on that PC and see if that
works.

I have the old (very old) set of Rapid Results worksheets (HD 4) that is used
as a template for bulk loading of information into the ITSM suite.
Does anyone have the set for the ITSM 6 suite?
I am finding that bulk loading in HD 4.03 and HD 6 are VERY different. I can
create a set myself
