It is more about FS trying to go the distance to prevent piracy of their
software, than monitoring your hardware. Lots of other software vendors,

Is there a max bandwidth limitation? Sure, it is one 3MB file, but if you
are sending it to a hundred people, that's a bit more. Try sending it to
half the distribution list and see if it works. Or, first just try
sending it to one person and see if that works.

I will have to investigate my Internet Explorer settings to see why alt-d
and f6 do not work. I just did a test and alt-d worked just fine in
FireFox. So, some setting within IE is my problem I assume.

alt-d works consistently.

anything after the plus sign. And other places won't accept the plus
sign. But, it does work often enough to be useful. Helps in setting up
filters as well.

Is it still the case that adobe flash is not supported in 64 bit browsers?
At one time, you had to either run a 32 bit browser, or download an
beta version of flash to run in a 64 bit browser.

and even worse, I can't alt-tab away from it either. Quite frustrating.
Is there some setting I am missing that either tells windows to just
install stuff, or how can I get JAWS to play better with this screen?
