What kind of error do you get when importing?
Not sure how phpMyAdmin does it, but you can always use the mysqldump
command (this is command-line, not PHP) to get a dump of any database or
table.

Maybe add the appropriate header to the headers parameter? I'm using the

I'm sure it does get GC'd, but I don't know if it happens in-script or
at the end. Also, I would assume it is freed when GC'd, but who knows, I
