hours every morning, just to get me up. I wish there was a service that could match up quads that lived by eachother. So if their helps were interested in making a few extra bucks, they could run over to help another quad. For emergencies and vacations. It sure would be helpful Greg

I use a 4 inch thick foam mattress with an 18 inch square cut out where my butt goes. In that opening I place a gell pad. I sleep all nigh without turning, for 15 years or so. --- If you don't get turned, what do you sleep on ? any special mattress ?

often wake up with my blankets over my face trying to cover my ears. As goes my ears, goes my body (as far as cold goes.) Greg What do you guys/gals wear to bed? I have a hard time finding Po's for winter. I use oversized T-shirts in the summer. Bobbie
