I second the CAUTION on standing if you haven't stood in 20 years. The *average* para and quad has severe osteoporosis after 20 years. I would talk with a PMR doc and ask about a bone scan--best would be a bone scan of bones in the lower leg--which only a few centers do. Here is an article I
