Thanx folks for all your info.
I have Seamonkey running on several machines so I think I'll give it a
try on one of them, probably the one that still uses Eudora for E-mail
since most of the problems I'm hearing about are on the e-mail side.
I'm anxiously awaiting Thunderbird 3.0 to stabilize
it with Acrobat
it may be Seamonkey, if you can't it is somewhere else.

I didn't see the other posts, sorry.
What did work was to uninstall 2.0.3, delete the profile from my user
profile by hand then reinstall 2.0.3. On the second go around it
properly imported everything.

I'm not sure about start up, it may be a tad slower in 2.x but browsing
is definitely faster in 2.x, especially on pages with complex tables, so

program install etc) then SM will delete everything around 10 x days
old but if it is way more than x days it will not.

We just moved from an external E-mail provider (POP) to an internal
exchange server (IMAP). In Seamonkey the first listing is my old POP
account and the second listing is my Exchange server account. Is there
a way to reorder the accounts to that my exchange account is now listed
first (at

So when I right mouse and select open link in new tab I keep getting a
new browser window because I'm selecting the wrong thing. This is a new
issues since 2.2. Did ya'll switch the order of open link in new tab
and open link in new window or am I going crazy? If I'm not crazy
then why the
release is not causing SM quality to suffer

I am using Seamonkey to read MAPI from an Exchange server.
I also read from the same server from my WM 6.5 phone MAPI.
If I read the mail on my phone before Seamonkey then when Seamonkey gets
the e-mails it will not filter the mail. I can select the messages then

know your e-mail switched over to forward then I would go to Comcast
control panel and set mail forwarding from there, not in SM.

For some long time now I have noticed a compatibility issue with in line
images and some Outlook clients. I wonder if there is a work around or
a reported bug. If bug when will it get fixed.
Here is what happens.
If I copy and past an image into a seamonkey e-mail (I often print
screen and
I see Google has a new map sytem called MapsGL.
When I try to use it in Seamonky 2.11 it says my browser is not
supported. Under supported browsers it lists Firefox going back a ways
(version 8) so Seamonkey should work as well.
I understand Seamonkey now advertises itself as Firefox, so
