Accessing ICloud Drive from a Windows PC?

Listers Is it possible as of yet, to somehow access ICloud Drive from a Windows pc, maybe via a PC program, like how one would interface Dropbox, Mega etc? Let's say I'm want to put a document on ICloud Drive by using the PC, and then via the IPhone, Icould later read or edit it, thus

By default, all apps will back up to iCloud, as far as I know. The ones I turn off are the ones that save *all* of their content online anyway. Instapaper or Pocket, for instance, will pull all your articles, folders, and so on from the internet once you log in, so there's no sense backing them

It took Apple Music 3 solid days to go through my large iTunes library on a fast broadband connection, so I'd suggest that, with iTunes app open, you could go to File -- Library -- Update iCloud Library and then give it some time for the Activity indicator at top right of the window to stop

Hi, Mary! Well, this Apple Music lark is quite a tortuous and mysterious process! You have to enable iCloud Music Library to start the process going. I have never had iTunes Match so I had to enable Apple Music too and then Apple servers had to start from scratch scanning my iTunes library
