Don't know if anyone else saw this, but they showed Andy Griffith during
the In Memoriam portion of the Tony Awards on CBS the other night. When
his photo was shown and his name read, there was a nice round of applause
from the audience. Quite a difference from the Academy Awards.

After reading Harriet's post, it dawned on me that I almost never use any
of those great phrases in my conversations (except for shouting "Taters!"

laying a guy who had a small marina near the Falls. Ever
though he was 7 or 8 years younger than he was in TAGS, he looked about the
