The only time I've seen this is when the FTS index didn't complete because it

Hi Mike,
Check in the Admin tool and see if the forms have been created - you should
have three forms, one Regular BMC:Core:BMC_Cell Phone_ (regular form), one
join form, BMC:Core:BMC_Cell Phone (join) and the third AST:Cell Phone,
etc. If you don't have all three forms, your class isn't created.
Hi Mike,
I have also found that stopping/starting the arserver service will unclog

Hello All,
This should be an easy question for the list:
I seem to remember something about the inability to move a 6X form to a 7X
server, but can't remember exactly what the issue was.
Does anyone remember if there is any problem with moving a 6X form over to
7X server?
Thanks,
Jase Br

I used to work there and have seen the infamous "Chicken Gun" first hand.
It's located at Arnold Air Force Base, Tullahoma, TN.

Hi Laurie,
What if any errors do you get when users try to modify a ticket they didn't
submit?
Anything in the logs?
Thanks,

Where 2 represents minimum threads and 6 max.. You can set your min and max
to whatever you might want to set it to till you get it working..
Going to try this now in ar.cfg and see if that helps.
Any ideas anyone? I am stumped..
Thanks,
Jase
