You need to build your own using the normal and one of the neighbors point.
That's what I was also doing in ICE because it was cheaper thanusing the

My tougth about this is most of the top features exept maybe ICE is just
not applicable to Maya due to it's architecture, specialy the explorer or
the operator stack. It would probably add moe weirdness to the
Frankenstein.

references models one was the chararcter's body+rig and the other the

so you are saying that:
sphere prop named "A"
neighbors props named "B"
and in your icetree:
Closest location --> "A"
is still working? that might be a refresh issue, can you try to cut/paste
the whole tree?
