was corrupted, wouldn't arsignal simply reproduce the corruption? In other words, what does the -g option for arsignal actually read? I've always thought it was similar to arreload for Groups. Mike White Office: 813-978-2192 E-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED

arcache with the -Ua option (plus others) to add an administrator id. Easy enough to find out - try to log in or run arreload (which requries you to specify a valid login). Good luck. You're having a bad day. Mike White Office: 813-978-2192 E-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED

Yup - checking workflow references before deleting fields is a must. What are you guys using for a cross-reference resource? We ran MARS, which was turned into RDP, which couldn't be trusted, among other weaknesses. By the way, is RDP ready for prime time yet? Mike White Office: 813-978-2192

I heard the same thing in What's New ARS 6.x last year (04/05). Apparently FTS was a 3rd-party product. Cost went up so Remedy dropped it. OK as of 6.0.1 (which we run), but apparently not included with ARS 6.3. I've heard rumors that an alternative is available with ARS 7.x. Mike White
