I delete and recreate user. Only thing I don't generate an activation
key, we have a small enough pool of users so I like to work with each

I've had the same issues, however only with Storm II users. It seems
the contacts folder from Exchange are taking FOREVER (2 days in most
cases) to fully sync down. Sure fire way to tell, look at the BB itself
and see if the Enterprise Activation icon is still on the desk (of
course a couple

is by having it set to Internet Browser for both default and default
MDS. Every time we configure the phones with BlackBerry Browser, users

I get it for users on app site. That version will notify users of updates.
Also, it is part of the core os for storm users. You can update to newest os
