The date should be the date the event occurred. Then it will show you a
timeline of events so you can see any trends or missing information or even
contradictions.
Your images can and should be linked to every person and field they apply
to. Although everyone has their choice of methodology. Do

If it were me, I would use that County field to enter "Hoonah-Angoon Census
Area"; the field doesn't have to be used for 'county' specifically. Many

ancestry.com has been down since noon yesterday; I went to their FB page
just a minute ago. They don't say exactly what the problem is. A couple
of their sites are running but not Find a Grave and the main Ancestry.com

As I am entering a number of new individuals into my database, I have to
change the bubble from Yes to No every time, even though they are born in
the 1600s-1700s. Is there a place/setting where I can have it
automatically marked as Not Living if the birth date is over, say, 115
years?

You have to unlink the one set. I had this happen awhile back and it
affected a few hundred marriages. The group here helped me figure out the
best way to go about getting rid of the duplicates and making sure they
were all gone. Very annoying bug but relatively simple to fix.
