Brian, Don't you mean death date after 1839? The problem is that this will give you those who were not born before 1839. If you tag those who have an Event place for Munzesheim then this will include those who lived there in any year, so even if you then search this list for those born before

Cherie, First, let's understand what you want to do... You *import* one file into another - the gedcom or PAF is imported into your Legacy Family File. Then you *merge* the duplicates in that file. Howeverwe recommend that you import the PAF or gedcom file into a *new* Legacy Family File.

Suzanne, LTools does not recognise Source Writer Sources. The same enquiry was made within the past month, so I suggest that you look in the archives for “Sources” or “Copy Sources”and also the help files for “Source Clipboard” and “Event Clipboard”. Basically you need to use the blue arrow
