I can attest that XP does do something very funny and IRREGULAR to printer
drivers as far as Protel and Sometimes Solidworks is concerned, I sorted it

There are many different footprints for LEDs. You need to use the one that
you plan on mounting. Or make one using the datasheet.

Your not alone the more I work with it the more I ask why things got so
moved around. The P99 method of global edit and selectability was just way
too easy. I do see the power P2004 has, but the elegance and simplicity of
P99 was just too nice.
