One of our directors would like to get rid of his pager. He would like

I figured it out!
I selected the Work Log in the selection area and it falls as the last
field in the notification with all the proper formatting!

How do I include the worklog in this? It does not do the date
conversion and it also doesn't include line breaks.

section. I had created an ARNotification view and it still d

Every email that is sent to our email engine using a template (old
style) is rejected by the email engine with a SEVERE 311 error (I can't
find anything on this in the BMC/Remedy KB).
Then in the email error log form I have several entries for each email
that was received that says:
Field ID is n
I'm completely stumped. I have already RTFMs 2 times and still don't
