I'd start with simple levels to ease the player in to the game, and start
ramping up the difficulty as you go.
You may even want to make level 1 just a few rooms with a few ladders so
that the gamer can actually get used to the controlls and navigating before
you throw a maze at them.

There's been a lot going on. Much of it is not good. The host I used to
use (bluehost) decided to pull the plug on some of it's customers that were
getting hit by malware attacks instead of fixing the problem. So long story
short, LWorks has been homeless. I've been working on

You should take a look at BGT. If you want to go the making a game root, it
really would be the easiest thign to use, and there's a ton of like-minded
individuals using it, so there's deffinetly a large user base.

I disagree. I think what is even more brilliant for newbies
I must be the one person in the universe who gets annoyed by this. I had
always hoped that BGt would be there for people to create new and original
game concepts. Not to take a generic template and maybe modify a few lines
and call it a game. BGT offers an excelent help file which gives plenty
