I have built up a small but complete flight testing regime on two different
KR-2's and have never had anything remotely like a torque induced tendency
to roll. Both of my planes have extra engine. One is a Subaru, and it is
as tame and gentle as a little girl, the other has a Saturn engine and
I have a couple of flying models very nice very reasonable prices. One is a
Subaru powered model tail dragger, the other has a "hot rod" set up with a
Saturn 1.8 lt. inline engine. Both are airworthy and ready for a new home

I am interested in buying axles and wheels with brakes as an set to
improve my KR-2 so if you would sell the parts, Wheels, axles, brakes all

My view, this is the rational for a larger rather than smaller engine. The
0-200 or a Subaru 2 lt. or something more powerful and larger. Like the
Corvair maybe. This pre loads the aircraft with a forward bias until you
add the 200 lb pilot. Then you should be in great shape relative to the C
Spring has sprung! The grass is ris! I have two flying KR-2 models
available to any hearty fellow who is looking to cut to the chase and get

hours on a tail dragger with radio VFR instruments, and GPS. Cheap, like
