Untested in 2004 is the Autorouter. Since I purchased Konekt's router, I have been using it exclusively . I still do not have pair capability but Konekt is committed to making this feature available in the next few months. I would be interested to hear from anyone that has tested Protel 2004

I think Altium's protection is decent. It's not a dongle, those break at the worst times. I used to work in a place that had a bunch of PowerPCB seats and once or twice a year we had a system down due to a failed dongle. It's not a timed node locked FlexLM lock which locks it down to one machine.

Just do what I did, soldier hugely shielded RCA cables right by the sound chip. The sound clearly ouperforms SBLive 5.1 and earlier. DVDs will play all 6 channels at 24bit, 96KHz. The good sound may be due to my 450 watt power supply which has an AC leakage current UNDER 0.1ma. Compare that to
