G'day Stephen.
I don't believe you can.
In Excel - Preferences - Authoring - General there is the choice of stating how
many Sheets in new work book. The default is 1. Excel accepts whole numbers
from 1 - 255. It wont accept 0.
That's from Excel 2008.

I've been looking for the Toast 11 Pro in various shops but no one seemed to
have it. Have just ordered a physical DVD version online for heaps cheaper than
the basic Toast 11 in the stores.
Thanks again.

try it out and report back. Don't hold your breath though.
Hope this helps.
