KUDOS off the top of my head and at first glance. The first two
things I noticed that help

I had a later version of the program on disc and the installation
stopped. I do have both OO 2.4 and the Beta version of OO Org 3.

How is MS Word a better application for this purpose? it seems
better in that you can create
it will always re-read teh html/PHP/whatever file. in fact, most of the
times it doesn't pick up a CSS change right away. So it appears the
change you made to a .CSS file didn't do anything. A Reload fixes that
quickly.

I believe you'll find that's actually an OO thing, not the OS. Most of the
popular word processors allow it too but OOo has a better impementation IMO.
