We are using CROOM Plug-ins (ARDBC Plug-in) to create Vendor forms in
Remedy 6.03.00 patch 018(Windows Box).
Now we have planned to upgrade the Remedy Version to 7(Solaris Box).
We would like to know,
1. Is it possible to create a vendor form without purchasing CROOM
plug-in

For ITSM7 you need not to buy CROOM plug-in, inbuilt plug-in are available.
I don't know whether it is same for ARS7 without ITSM.

I hate to speak out of school, but BMC has changed their Support terms
for 3rd party support. As I read it, BMC will only allow 3rd party
support if they (BMC) grant a waiver for that support to the BMC
customer. It appears this is a new position as of the beginning of this
year and waivers are

them and doals them out to Turing. I just renewed for October 1st and

It is doable, but not really as minor a change as it used to be in the earlier
versions of the ITSM apps where it more or less impacted just a single form. I

but its not repetitive..so we weren't able to figure out what happened.
