Number 42 start on the BOTTOM LEFT and it is on the bottom left where the baptism date appears. I'm pretty sure every language in the world beings with reading the first line first. The parents' baptisms aren't given but where the are from is given. It's usually where they are baptized though.

Lee, They usually don't state if the grandparents are deceased. After the name Francisca Izabel it says e materno as the priest goes on to state the maternal grands. So you don't know if any of the grands are deceased. The parents are natives of the parish of sao Roque of Rosto do Cam.
